Wow, you have a cool house and great eye for antiques! I would never have thought of putting such a mirror there, but its beautiful.

Is it wrong that I now want to watch the Lawrence Welk reunion show complete with antique organ? I could just see you with the light blue tux and dancing with Paul.
Seriously, it’s amazing. We are all so excited to see how it all works!

This make me LOL so hard. Sounds just like me. “BRING ME SHINY” and the garage reference really cracked me up. Love what you are doing!! Beautiful work!

Very wonderful! But what happened to the glass in the top? You could take a saws all and just cut a window hole to match the top of the mirror frame….

Love your blog and following your project progress; why the old posts lately? Are you priming us for a big reveal by taking us back through memory lane?

Fabulous!!! Now I’m dying to see your faucet. I sent you a link to mine earlier today…
Thank you for inspiring my craziness.
I found an amazing mid-1800s bathroom sink, and then found a faucet to go with it. My beloved big brother, who can fix anything, says Victorian plumbing is as warped as Victorian sex. None-the-less, he has my faucet running. Life is excellent!
