Just like Casablanca… But with a better ending.
My whole life I have been full of random, useless ideas… If just having ideas counted for anything, I would be the most productive person on the planet.
Before this blog, these ideas just lived in my head.
But now, I have YOU to foist them upon.
My calling in life may still be useless and idiotic. But at least now I have people to share it with.
p.s.- If no part of this video makes sense to you, my Mad Men obsession is best explained via my Halloween costume from last year.
I will love you EVEN MORE… if you share me with your friends.

Thank you for foisting!

Still a better love story than Twilight. This brightened up my afternoon!

Your style and wit always lighten my load! Honestly, I’d carry YOUR cardboard cutout if I could. Just another “soul troll” stepping out of lurk mode to say, you brighten my day!

Girl, that was some work. Bless Paul’s little heart. I guess you know that your fabulosity left flat Don speechless.

At some point in our lives, we need to go to a party together where I can wear my pencil skirt bombshell dress that I wear once every 5 years for the sheer fact that I have nowhere in the suburban hell to wear it in and have a cocktail. Then blog about it.

You are hysterical!

I’ll have to keep an eye on the workings of Hollywood. If they decide to do a remake of Gone With the Wind, I want to make sure you and Don have the parts of Scarlet and Rhett……..How hot would that be!!!!

Aren’t you just fabulous! This one got a “Like” and a “Subscribe” from me. Now just post a little more please! All that Victoria-Elizabeth-Barnes-ness shouldn’t be all bottled up : )

Hi Victoria-
I discovered your blog by accident yesterday and at every spare moment I’ve been reading it – starting from the beginning. I’m making a short stop here, but I want to say how very much I’m enjoying it. As a designer who started in historic preservation and who has a 100 year old Mediterranean Revival family home to keep up, I am so relating to all your dilemmas. I, too, am lucky enough to have a very handy husband! So looking forward to catching up to the present postings. I’m smiling ear and to ear! M.

I’m crying. When you walked away with that cutout I was making snorting noises and I’m so glad that you exist. I’m so glad Paul exists.
