You’re ALWAYS on my mind – when I saw down-priced glittery disco-balls in a shop in Switzerland I wondered how I could send you some – but not having been ‘connected’ I couldn’t ask you and anyway – you were going to win that enormous chandelier-thingy I wrote to you so you wouldn’t really need any more disco balls…. or would you?! 🙂
I’m SO über-glad to have found you and hope to enjoy your combined witticism-creation-brainwaves-concoctions also in the New Year.
Have a HAPPY AND FUN-FILLED ONE, of one of your ‘still running with too much care’ addicts!
    Kisses, Kiki

I know I’m totally late to the show but your holiday home decorating is absolutely GORGEOUS! The red striped pillow and the one with the bow are my absolute favorite!!

I seriously love anytime you can sneak ‘ol Don Draper into a shot. We just finished watching the entire series on Netflix. I CANNOT wait until the next few seasons catch-up on there. In the meantime I’ll just re-watch some of my favorites!! I’m dying to know some of your favorite episodes…

Fun fact! (Two years after the fact, so insert maximum No1curr here.) The thingy you used as a makeshift tree stand isn’t part of a coat rack, but is actually a bustle chair. These special chairs were used during the Victorian era by ladies so they could sit easily without messing up all the fancy contraptions they wore under their skirts (especially their crinoline and bustle, which were usually very structural and made it difficult to enjoy a normal chair with a back.)
